City Council Adopts Rental Inventory Ordinance

At the November 7, 2023 City Council meeting, the City Council passed a 2nd Reading by Title Only of an Ordinance to Establish a Rental Inventory and Requiring Registration of All Residential Rental Properties within the City of Monterey beginning January 1, 2024, and adopted Ordinance No. 3671 C.S. The ordinance goes into effect 30 days after the Council vote.
