Resolution Recommending Ordinance Adoption at Planning Commission, Oct 24

The Planning Commission on October 24, 2023 adopted a resolution recommending to the Monterey City Council they adopt the draft commercial cannabis ordinance. The ordinance comes before the Monterey City Council for a first reading on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the evening session beginning at 7:00 p.m. The agenda report will be available prior to the meeting at https://isearchmonterey.org/.
